
The Pension Service and the COI.
To review The Pension Service's brand identity guidelines and determine why they were failing
to deliver a cohesive identity.
We started with a thorough audit of the guidelines and found them to be confusing and open to misinterpretation. By identifying the areas which didn't work, and recreating certain sections, we were able to update the guidelines and add new material which made them even more comprehensive.
The new guidelines were sent out to all local offices across the UK – and taken-up with
enthusiasm. As a result, The Pension Service has a more powerful and robust brand identity and the means to deliver a consistent pensions message nationwide.
