There wasn’t one – but we saw a way to save our client money and proactively delivered an effective solution.
We noted that the LSC distributed their brand assets such as artwork, high resolution imagery and support files from each national campaign to local offices in the conventional way – on CDs via post or courier. This was both costly and times consuming, so we came up with an idea to resolve both problems.
We developed a web-based asset management tool, which allowed registered users to access and download the correct brand assets
automatically.
This secure Campaign Resources Server (CRS) is simple for users to navigate and use and
easy for the LSC to update and manage. It also enables suppliers, stakeholders, printers and other partners to access the brand assets in
an accessible format – saving further employee time and costs.
